The rooms
The rooms are in a building in which there are three apartments, on the third floor (there is no lift), with independent central heating and air conditioning; there is an independent entrance, lcd television, en-suite bathrooms, and some have a small kitchen area and refrigerator.
The linen is supplied and included in the price, as is breakfast; the towels and bathroom linen are changed every three days, while the bed linen is changed once a week (and of course for every new guest.)
The cleaning at the end of each stay is included but the kitchen area should be cleaned by the user.

The rooms have an independent entrance so there are no limits on the hours of entering or leaving; on your arrival you will be given the keys of your room and of the main door and you will be able to come and go as you please; you will have whatever privacy you need and will not have to share space with other people; as well as the warmth and family atmosphere of the hospitality you will have all the services offered by a hotel.
That is not all – there is also the advantage of being just 250 metres from the entrance to the Vatican Museum. Check on your map! Our aim is to become known by word of mouth rather than by a publicity campaign, and we guarantee our guests that we will always be available to solve any problems they may encounter during their stay.
